No issues!

Our company uses this to manage BYOD. My experience has been positive without any issue regarding battery life or device performance (iOS).

Doesnt work

Email address and QR Code scan dont work with no information or errors. Pretty frustrating!!

Awful

My org switched to AirWatch from another provider. The drop in reliability to save money is astounding. 1) Each time were forced to reset internal network passwords, the inbox is rendered useless. You have to go through this long uninstall/reinstall/configure process. 2) recurring meetings that are updated for one-off situations never reflect on calendar 3) emails sometimes sporadically dont show up. If I received 20 overnight, sometimes all 20 appear on the app. Sometimes 10 appear on the app and then Im surprised later when I have access to a laptop to find that there are 10 missing emails that never came through the inbox app. Just awful. Wish we could go back to the original provider.

Server connect Issues on iPad Pro 9.7

I upgraded from iPod mini 4 to iPad Pro 9.7 and app no longer works. I completely removed and re-installed app and pushed certificates with no luck. Shows lnbox but keeps giving errors on not connecting to serves. Just in case the restore kept info from old profile I wiped device clean and installed to out of the box iPad Pro 9.7 and behaved the same. feel bad giving a 2 stars since it works on other devices. Hope a fix comes soon.

Skeptical at first

I put off installing this for months due to all of the negative reviews and the fact that I was on a new iPhone 6s +. In the end I had no choice unless I wanted to be chained to my desk all night. Since installing two months ago I have not had a single issue with iOS upgrades, contacts, calendars, corporate or personal email, or battery life. It has been 100% positive experience. Not crazy about the possible privacy issues but other than that it has been flawless, especially in keeping my calendar and meeting invites up to date in real time. I never miss a meeting because of Airwatch. Overall great experience.

The agent is not inbox

Since the last update to 5.1 my organization has not had any issues . I think its important to note that this application is not the same as the air watch inbox ( which most of these other apps mention ). As far as enrolling devices and using features such as checking in and checking out , the agent behaves better than I have seen it in the past .

Worst mail program Ive ever used

My company forced us to go to airwatch a few weeks ago and it has been a disaster. The calendar reminders stopped working, the inbox doesnt automatically update, the font is inexplicably set to the largest possible and makes it virtually impossible to read a message (there is no user option change this).
