My org switched to AirWatch from another provider. The drop in reliability to save money is astounding.
1) Each time were forced to reset internal network passwords, the inbox is rendered useless. You have to go through this long uninstall/reinstall/configure process.
2) recurring meetings that are updated for one-off situations never reflect on calendar
3) emails sometimes sporadically dont show up. If I received 20 overnight, sometimes all 20 appear on the app. Sometimes 10 appear on the app and then Im surprised later when I have access to a laptop to find that there are 10 missing emails that never came through the inbox app.
Just awful. Wish we could go back to the original provider.
